Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Innovative Group Psychotherapy, Inc. provides a "Good Faith Estimate" to all clients who are uninsured or not using insurance.

• Your Right to an Estimate: You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services at least one business day before your service.

• Dispute Rights: If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the legal right to dispute the bill.

• Next Steps: Please save a copy or photo of your estimate.
